When a potential supplier has been spotted, Glocal Asian Solutions carries out the necessary factory audits to assess the actual situation and capabilities of the factory, before to implement the production order.
Today it is essential to know who the manufacturers and their supply chain are, to ensure the necessary quality, compliance and reliability prerequisites exist.
The production order is then implemented only if the preliminary audits return a positive result.
Manufacturing Supervision
Because We Care.
When the production order is released, we supervise the manufacturing process on site, in order to prevent non compliances.
When failures are found, we guide the factory to implement permament corrective actions, according to some of the most famous QA methods (eg. 8D Report), so that those failures will not happen again.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Your final guarantee.
Before to be shipped, every lot of goods is QA inspected according to the UNI ISO 2859 norm, and the shipment is released only if the QA inspection is succesfully passed.
The PSI (Pre-Shipment Inspection) is carried out by qualified inspectors, following a check-list which as been previously agreed with the Customer.
